Our 12-18 month Continuity Case Management program offers a tailored approach to helping those experiencing homelessness. Here’s how we make a difference:

- Job Readiness: Job training and employment assistance to create sustainable opportunities.
- Housing Stability: Transitioning clients from congregate housing to independent, stable housing while maintaining sobriety.
- Tailored Case Plans: Every individual receives a customized plan, leveraging Clark County’s safety net and partnerships with top providers, rather than duplicating services.
