Shine a Light, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is dedicated to transforming the lives of homeless individuals in Clark County. Our mission goes beyond immediate outreach; we aim to create lasting pathways to stability and dignity through our innovative continuity case management program. Operating through the Las Vegas Safety Net, we guide individuals through a network of existing resources, ensuring long-term solutions and sustainable living.

We are excited to announce a collaborative fundraising effort with the Helms Helps Foundation: the FREEDOM Campaign. This match grant initiative is designed to provide essential housing scholarships and support the growth of our dedicated staff who manage this rapidly expanding program.

The FREEDOM Program is particularly focused on assisting individuals linked to the criminal justice population, in partnership with the 8th District Judicial Drug Court. Our goal is to offer 30 housing scholarships, giving these individuals a stable foundation to rebuild their lives. Additionally, we aim to enhance the salaries of our committed staff members who tirelessly work to navigate and support our clients towards long-term stability.
